1. SURFACE PREP: Preparation of the concrete substrate is often the most critical step when installing floor coating.
2. CRACK REPAIR: The install process is continued by performing any crack, hole, or divot repair.
3. EPOXY/CHIP BROADCAST: After the surface is fully prepped, repaired, and cleaned, we then apply a sufficient amount of product.
4. RECLAIM EXCESS CHIPS: Once the excess chips are collected and removed, the floor is scraped and/or buffed to achieve the desired amount of texture.
5. POLY HYBRID CLEAR COAT: As a final step in the process, we apply our industrial grade poly hybrid clear coat.
